In a village (Csomád, 25 km from Budapest) where the local government does not collect business tax.
We can also provide a location service at a reasonable price, also in Csomád, at a monthly gross price of 10.000 HUF.
GUARANTEE: Service provider guarantees that if the IPA savings do not reach the seat service fee, the seat service fee will be credited up to the amount of the Ipa, but up to a maximum of 50% of the service fee, under the conditions set out in the T&C.

We can also provide a location service at a reasonable price, also in Vizslás, at a monthly gross price of 10.000 HUF.

1% business tax in Nógrád County
9.800 HUF + VAT per month
In a village (Egyházasdengelegen, 60 km from Budapest), where the municipality collects 1% business tax from 01.01.2023.
It will cost you only 9.800 HUF + VAT per month. A rural location means no extra work or travel for you, as we take care of all the administrative tasks just like a regular registered office.
For all three options, the price includes the following services:
- We will prepare and install your company sign.
- We will provide you with the address of your registered office, which is the address registered with the Companies Registry.
- We will manage all your correspondence (receiving and forwarding mail as and when required – even scanned on the same day), with a daily email notification of your correspondence.
- Our customer service team will receive your faxes and telephone messages during working hours and will notify you accordingly.
- We will keep your company documents as required by law, plus any company documents you request.
- In accordance with the IM Regulation, we will provide you with a private storage space on your own account to keep and retrieve your company documents and correspondence.
We can do it for an extra fee:
- We provide a desktop computer, a work desk and internet access at a pre-arranged time for the prompt handling of your affairs.
- We can arrange a meeting space by prior arrangement.
- We can assist with other secretarial and administrative tasks.
