These types of amendments require two separate submissions to the Court of Registration, involve more work, and have a very long processing time. For precise information about the packages and fees, request a free consultation with our lawyer!
Important! The law requires that any changes to company data be reported to the Court of Registration within 30 days. The authorities have the right to monitor changes in a company’s activities.
If a company cannot be reached at its registered office, if its managing director is permanently unreachable, or if the financial data in its annual report differ from what was reported, the tax authority (NAV) may immediately suspend the tax number, a legality supervision procedure may be initiated, and fines may be imposed. But it is also in your interest to have the company amendment completed and published quickly, as only then can you rely on the changes made to your company’s operations.
