Company modification
We cannot stress enough: from the very first moment of setting up a company, you should only take advice from a professional lawyer! If all the circumstances are clarified when the articles of association are drawn up, there will be no need for costly company modifications because of an incorrect main activity, a poorly defined ownership structure or incorrect membership.

These amendments require two filings with the Companies Court, more work and a very long lead time. For precise information on the packages and tariffs, ask for a free legal advice!
Important! The law requires that changes to company details must be reported to the court within 30 days. The authorities have the possibility to control changes in the activities of companies.
If a company cannot be reached at its registered office, if its managing director is permanently in an unknown location or if the financial data in the company’s annual accounts differ from those reported, the NAV can immediately suspend its tax number, initiate a legal supervision procedure and impose a fine. But it is also in your interest to change your company name quickly and to make it public, as only then can you claim changes in your operations.
