Online Company Formation via Zoom
Setting up an LLC does not require you to appear in person, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. We offer a secure legal solution, with no need for you to attend in person at any stage.
What You Will Need to Set Up Your Company Without Leaving Your Home
- Zoom account. You will communicate with the lawyer via Zoom, as our company formation process is carried out with the assistance of a lawyer.
- Mobil phone, on which you can install the Zoom app (alternatively, you can use a laptop or desktop computer with a camera and microphone). The important thing is that we can arrange a video meeting via Zoom.
- A printer so that you can print the documents prepared by the lawyer. If you do not have a printer, the lawyer can print the documents and send them to you by post. However, this will add several days to the signing process and incur an additional cost of HUF 3,000.
