Before setting up a company, there are a number of reasons to consider when deciding who to entrust with the company procedure.

2. Your tax number is not suspended because a NAV letter bounced back while you were on holiday.

Problem: Unfortunately, this is very common. A single official letter is not received for whatever reason, the NAV already suspends the tax number. There are also cases where the tax inspectors did not find the company sign and therefore suspended the tax number immediately.
The reason why tax number suspension is very inconvenient is that if you don’t look at the company record, you might not even be informed about it. However, with a suspended tax number, the invoice issued is not valid. It can make life very inconvenient for you and your clients.

Solution:With us, the sign is always out. We receive all correspondence and notify you immediately.

3. The NAV and other authorities do not ring your/your parents’/your brother’s or sister’s doorbell

Problem.What the NAV inspector does is that he suddenly appears at the registered office. It can be both inconvenient for the people living there, and it can also result in a tax account suspension if no one answers the door. I know it sounds like an exaggeration, but there are hundreds of thousands of companies with suspended tax number, and most often they are suspended for reasons such as: mail bouncing back or no one being at the registered office.

Solution: all of our registered office addresses are easy to find, and we always have a member of staff on site during working hours to meet inspectors.

4. Many managers in rural areas use our services because it is more competitive in the market to have an address in Budapest.

Problem:We are a Budapest-centric country. Rural companies may be at a competitive disadvantage even if they offer a service that is not local. Most of our rural clients say they need a Budapest address because they can get more orders.

Solution:Registered office service in Budapest is the best value. We are located in the city centre, on Podmaniczky Street, 5 minutes walk from Nyugati Railway Station.

5. In Pest County, in an area exempt from Business Tax, you can save Business Tax, or at least a significant part of it.

Problem:In most municipalities you have to pay 2% business tax. Most businesses pay 2% sales tax in most areas. This is often paid for completely unnecessarily by companies. Depending on the activity, part or sometimes all of the IPA can be saved. In the case of a restaurant, not much can be saved, but e.g. an internet service or a consultancy firm can save the full IPA amount. We will be happy to help you calculate the savings in your specific case. It is also important that if you have been doing your official business in Budapest, you keep it that way. A municipality in Pest County is the perfect solution.

Solution: If your activity allows it, you should register your registered office in an IPA-free municipality. Our seat service will pay for itself in this case, with an annual turnover of just a few million HUF, the IPA savings can be higher than the fee for the registered office service. We will calculate the savings for you in each case, depending on the specific activity. Our advice is free of charge.

6. If you have a larger fleet of vehicles, you can save part of the vehicle tax and the IPA - in Nógrád County.

Problem. The vehicle tax can also be a considerable amount for a company with, for example, a haulage company or a large fleet. In addition, transport companies must have a legally compliant establishment in the municipality.

Solution:There is one municipality in Hungary: Egyházasdengeleg, where there is no IPA and part of the vehicle tax is refunded. In addition to the registered office address in the municipality, it can also rent a site for its trucks from us, which is fully compliant with the law.

7. You have a better chance of applying for more money if you apply.

Problem:When applying, the company’s location matters a lot. In some tenders you may not be able to compete, e.g. in Budapest, or you may be able to apply for much less money and under worse conditions.

Solution. Our Registered Office in Egyházasdengeleg is used by many people in Nógrád County for tendering purposes, and you have the best chance of applying and winning the highest amount of money. The plus is that there is no business tax and you can save part of the vehicle tax. Újlengyel is located in Pest county, it could also be interesting for tenders and there is also no IPA.

8. No property tax is levied on the dwelling because the company is registered there.

Problem: We had a client who was also subject to a property tax of over HUF 1 million on an average flat in the centre of Budapest – going back 5 years – because he had a dormant company there with no income. In addition, he had been living there for years and out of nowhere a letter came saying that he had to pay now. He appealed, he begged, but the municipality was not impressed, he had to pay the property tax.
You have to pay even if you live in the flat as a normal resident. They say that if the company has its registered office there, that is sufficient under the law and local regulations not to exempt the dwelling from property tax.

Solution:more and more people are coming to us because our price is less than the property tax (And for that price, they get a high level of service).

9. No municipal tax control.

Problem:Where there is a tax, there are controls and penalties. We have had clients who have come to us saying that they are more bothered by the fact that they are constantly being inspected, audited, fined and not allowed to work than by the fact that they have to pay at all.

Solution. Where there is no tax, there is no tax control. Solution. There is no tax audit in Újlengyel, there will be no tax audit in Egyházasdengeleg.
