Online company formation via skype
What you will need so you don't have to leave home to start a business
- Skype account. You will be in contact with the lawyer via Skype.
- A mobile phone on which you can download the Skype application (but you can also use a laptop with a camera and microphone, or a desktop computer, as long as you can organize a video meeting via Skype.)
- A printer to print out the documents prepared by the lawyer. If you don't have a printer, the lawyer can print it out and send it to you by post, but this will add several days to the signing process and will cost you an extra 3.000 HUF.
