At the time the case study was prepared, the Court of Registration even accepted a 100-year deadline. This has since been reduced to approximately 2 years, meaning the full 3 million HUF must now be provided within 2 years.
Moreover, with the appropriate agreement, it is sufficient to pay the amount into the company’s cash desk – there is no need to deposit it into a bank.

The payment of the remaining share capital (for example, HUF 2,999,999 in the case of a 3 million HUF share capital) can be deferred to a later date. Conveniently, you can settle it even two years later.
Advantages
1. At the time of incorporation, it is sufficient to provide just 1 HUF in share capital.
2. You can wait up to 2 years to pay the remaining share capital.
Disadvantages
1. Liability applies to the full share capital, meaning that in the event of liquidation, the owner will be required to pay the minimum 3 million HUF share capital, even if the amount has not yet been provided.
2. As long as the full share capital has not been paid up, profits cannot be withdrawn as dividends or advance dividends; the share capital must first be fully paid up.
